Can’t go to a Rays game? Send your cardboard cutout instead

July 17, 2020 - Even though fans won't be allowed in Tropicana Field during the shortened baseball season, the Rays have an idea on how people can show their support - and their faces. For $60 (or $40 for season ticket holders), fans can upload photos that will then be made into cardboard cutouts. The cutouts will be "seated" in the general admission areas throughout the stadium and will be installed in waves. They'll remain on display for all 2020 home games, and at the end of the season, fans will be able to bring them home. For more information, click here. The Rays will play their first home game of the season July 24 versus the Toronto Blue Jays.
