A 10,700-square-foot home in Belleair Bluffs sold for $9 million on Dec. 18, making it the highest-priced home sold in Pinellas County in 2020.
The home, at 430 Bluff View Dr., has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-bathrooms, according to realtor.com.
It went on the market in early October for $10.9 million, according to the Pinellas Realtor Organization, which compiled a list of the highest sale listings of 2020 for the St. Pete Catalyst, based on listings in the MLS.
The most expensive home on the market this year is at 2040 Brightwaters Blvd. NE in St. Petersburg, a 12,412-square-foot, seven bedroom, seven full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms home on Snell Isle. It went on the market in June for $15 million and remains an active listing.
The Belleair Bluffs home was the second-highest priced listing this year.
