AppWork receives $7 million in funding round

AppWork, a technology startup with a St. Petersburg office, has raised approximately $7 million in funding. The round, led by Baltimore-based Resolve Growth Partners, was announced Monday.

Co-founder and CEO Sean Landsberg and his team have developed a solution to simplify the maintenance management process for multifamily property owners and technicians. AppWork experienced more than 200% growth in 2025.

After Creative Pinellas defunding, $500K is back in play

Brian Lowack, President and CEO of Visit St. Pete-Clearwater (VSPC), proposed a Creative Tourism Arts Program during today’s Pinellas County Commission meeting. Effecting much of the plan would be Creative Pinellas, an organization the commission defunded last year.
