Habitat for Humanity proposes ownership opportunities near Tangerine Plaza

Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties is vying to purchase a site in South St. Pete, for a housing development tailored for low-income homeownership - solving one of the city's biggest challenges. 

Habitat would build the $13.5 million affordable housing development, dubbed Pelican Place, at a vacant site at 2100 18th Ave. South, across from the vacant Tangerine Plaza.

USF’s Contemporary Art Museum to expand into St. Pete

The cultural bridge between Tampa and St. Petersburg will grow considerably shorter when a new University of South Florida art concept debuts at The Factory St. Pete in the fall.

Generator: USF Contemporary Art Museum will take up 3,100 square feet of built-out, re-fitted space at the former industrial warehouse campus in the Warehouse Arts District.
