It’s tee time: St. Pete’s first Topgolf opens

Five years ago, plans were unveiled for a Topgolf complex in St. Pete's Carillon Office Park. This week, the long-awaited entertainment facility has made its debut.

The 67,000-square-foot Topgolf facility at 220 Carillon Parkway was originally expected to open in 2020. The construction delay was largely due to the opposition Topgolf faced in Carillon, as the property is across the street from residential neighborhoods. A group of residents challenged the city’s approval of the project early on; however, a judge dismissed the lawsuit in 2021.
