Donna Crays, Home Equity Team Leader for Bank of America, receives Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve’s (ESGR) Patriot Award

Donna Crays (middle), Home Equity Team Leader for Bank of America, received Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve’s (ESGR) Patriot Award, recognizing Crays for her support and assistance of Reservists. The Patriot Award reflects the efforts made to support citizen warriors through a wide-range of measures including flexible schedules, time off prior to and after deployment, caring for families, and granting leaves of absence if needed. Donna was nominated by her associate and reservist Adam Rajczi (right) and presented the award along with Divisional Leader Lisa Power (left).
