Eligibility

Any recruiter representing their direct hiring organization (to include staffing agencies) may participate in the Part-time Opportunity Fair. Faculty offering research assistantships may also participate. Employers offering volunteer opportunities should reach out to the Center for Civic Engagement for information on how to get involved on campus. Please see our Job Posting Guidelines and Third-Party Recruiting Guidelines for eligible position types. Note: Third Party Recruiters may have one table per disclosed client company.

Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. Please note that registration may become full before the close date (September 2, 2019).

Employer Registration:

General registration: $50 + tax (NFPO/Gov: $50)
Includes a table and a parking permit
FREE Admission to the Internship Workshop for Employers Session
Lunch can be purchased day of in The Reef Cafeteria with cash or credit

Sponsorship Registration: $100 + tax (NFPO/Gov: $100)
($50 registration & $50 Sponsorship) Sponsorship includes:
Prime table placement at the event
One complimentary parking permit
Company logo on internal and external marketing material (if provided by August 21)
Advertising on our website and utilizing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
One complimentary lunch ticket

Payment and Registration
Employer registration and payments accepted online via Handshake. Registration and payment deadline is September 11, 2019. Employer registering after September 2nd may not be included on all day of fair marketing materials.
