Please join us for the kick-off event for Data Literacy for Community Action. This workshop will introduce you to data and help you understand why data is important for everyone! No statistics or data knowledge needed! Facilitated by University of South Florida Libraries, guest speakers will highlight local data and how you can use it to make positive change in your community.
Participants will leave with an understanding of:
Laptops are encouraged but not required; no baseline knowledge is required. This workshop is part of a series. Please note that these are not all required to move forward; you can miss one or more sessions and still be able to follow the content in the next workshop. That said if you are able to attend all workshops it will be an even more meaningful and useful program. Doors open at 9 AM; programming runs from 9:15 AM to 1:00 PM. |
