Our community leader will speak at 7:30 for 15 minutes and answer three questions from our organizing committee. They will then be available until 8:30 pm for attendee engagement.

Joe Furst is the founder and managing principal of Place Projects, a community-centric development group. Place Projects has worked with artists and creators of all disciplines to promote a vibrant social environment that enhances community engagement and economic growth. Joe is spearheading a proposal that would create a new zoning category, industrial mixed-use, or I-MIX, along 22nd Street South.
