Let's sweat it out. This FREE morning workout will get you moving, equipment-free. The BE Athletic classes emphasize student-agency: self-pacing, self-modifying, and self-accountability for a sustainable, life-long fitness practice. Prepare for weather. Hat, water, sunscreen, towel and mask are recommended. Physical distancing guidelines will be observed. All levels are welcome.
