This forum will be moderated by Tamara Felton-Howard, Esq. Tamara Felton-Howard, is the Managing Member of Felton-Howard Law, PLLC, a probate, business and real estate development law firm located in St. Petersburg, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry, her Juris Doctorate and M.B.A. from Stetson University and a Master of Laws from the University of Miami. Ms. Felton-Howard began her career in the banking industry working as a banking center manager for NationsBank. After attending law school, she became an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit and then a named partner with the law office of Rouson and Dudley, P.A. representing clients in the areas of real estate, business formation, contract law, criminal and family law. In 2007, she opened a solo practice, Felton Law Firm, P.A., and in 2010 she was recruited as vice-president and general counsel to one of her corporate clients, Urban Development Solutions, Inc. a non-profit, commercial real estate development company. While earning her LL.M in Real Property Development, Tamara completed a real estate development internship with the Ft. McPherson Redevelopment Agency in Atlanta, GA. Tamara’s principal focus is to assist real estate developers and entrepreneurs with urban revitalization and job creation.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a Past President of the Fred G. Minnis, Sr. Bar Association.
