Kundalini Yoga is the yoga practice of Self-Awareness. The class consists of chanting mantras, postures and breathing exercises to activate the Kundalini energy and balance the body as a whole.

It is said that when you awaken the Kundalini energy you are able to connect with your higher self and transmute karmic and subconscious blocks.

Each class will end with a Sound Bath to enhance and ground the integration process of the practice.

Samantha blends the modalities of Sound Therapy, Reiki and Hypnosis to attune the body & mind into a state of balance, harmony, and flow. All sessions end with channeled insight and guidance to assist the individual in processing and integrating their experience.
