This experience will begin with a 20min breathwork fostering a deep energetic release and will melt into a group cuddle puddle where we'll all have the space to share insights, in the moment free styles, poetry, or whatever is coming through. The experience will end once we're all finished sharing. typically 1-2 hours.
During the cuddle puddle portion, you may melt into your own space or with the group. This is a safe space and personal boundaries will be honored. Please don't enter the space after the experience has begun. You are free to leave before the ending if you wish.

Kashi has been exploring yoga, breath work, movement, and medicine journies for over 5 years. His journey began after meeting his guruji while seeking a new life free from addiction.
Utilizing the 4 paths of yoga every day, Kashi lives his life as a musical, while serving/sharing, singing/dancing, meditating/and blasting off on his own breath! Connecting to the divine daily is a non-negotiable!
He attributes his energy and great enthusiasm for life to learning kriya yoga and maintaining commitment to his intuitively guided sadhana.
Now guiding others in practice and study of the yoga sutras, breathwork, kriya yoga , sexual mastery, medicine journies, and intuitive healing touch sessions, Kashi keeps a full schedule.
Come to the poetry puddle and get a little taste of some of the breathing technique, along with some family/community building, and gratitude sharing !

Parking out front is posted 2hr, but it is not often monitored. There is also parking available in the surrounding neighborhoods. We do not own the dirt lot next door, but we have been advised by parking authorities to use it anyway. do so at your own discretion
There is also a paid public lot off of 18th street available
