| Hosted by 9 Colors Initiative, this empowering 4-part community event promises to be enlightening and impactful as we celebrate Pride together.
Part 1: Inclusive Resource & Employment Showcase Connect with inclusive health organizations and also discover employment prospects that champion equity and diversity in the BIPOC trans and nonbinary community. Part 2: Lunch-n-Learn: The Foundation of Non-Profits Gain insights into building and sustaining impactful initiatives that make a difference in the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ community. Will cover how to apply for 501c3 status, basic grant application and management, how to register with MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) to receive state/federal funding. Part 3: Media Training with GLAAD Hone your media skills to amplify your voice for LGBTQIAA+ representation and advocacy. Part 4: Panel Discussion - "Let's Be Real Pt.2" Engage in honest dialogue about vital topics in the BIPOC LGBTQIAA+ community, including mental health and relationships. Food and refreshments will be provided. |
