Connect with us

The Studio@620 has always been a home for community discussions including our long running Social Justice Round-table series. We're embarking on an expansion of these ideas with a larger Social Justice Initiative. This effort will encompass the full range of arts programming The Studio offers but with an added focus on equal rights and justice for all groups regardless of race, orientation, or gender.

We proudly launch this initiative with a new collaborative presentation,"Reflections", which involves African drumming, song, and written word; all inspired by the paintings from Dr. Gary Lemons.

Join us for the premiere of this video presentation via our Facebook Page.

Performers include Master Drummer Papa Malik Faye and vocalist Sharon Scott.

Written works from The Studio@620 Artist in Residence Erica Sutherlin and Artistic Director Bob Devin Jones.
