Join us for a powerful evening with New York Times Magazine writer Linda Villarosa, whose book Under the skin: The Hidden Toll of Racism on American Lives and on the Health of Our Nation was a 2023 Pulitzer Prize finalist. She'll make clear the link between health and racism and shed light on the forces in our healthcare system and society that cause Black people to “live sicker and die quicker” compared to their white counterparts. Doors open at 5 PM for dinner. Programming starts at 6 PM.
