The annual "Kirkin' Of The Tartans" featuring the St. Andrew’s Pipes and Drums of Tampa Bay will celebrate Presbyterian Heritage Sunday at First Presbyterian Church on Sunday, October 22 at 11 a.m. Twenty plus tartans and other cultural banners will be included in the service. The St. Andrew’s group will present a short concert on the patio at the conclusion of the service.
