The Hustle

Name: Katelyn Grady (The Body Electric)

Posted By Megan Holmes

Katelyn Grady is the co-founder of The Body Electric Yoga Company, a studio that has redefined the practice of yoga in St. Petersburg. Under the mantra, "Keep Yoga Weird" Grady and her partner Jenny Miller have built a mecca of movement in the space affectionately known as The BE. Located in a renovated historic ice factory, The Body Electric's unparalleled space provides a haven in the bustling cit. But the peace it brings to St. Pete doesn't stop at the door. In fact, The Body Electric has become known for stepping out into the world and bringing yoga to the people. Through Yoga on Tap in breweries and coffee shops around the city or Poolside Yoga at the Hollander Hotel, Grady and Miller have turned St. Petersburg into a city of yogis. We wouldn't have it any other way.
