The Hustle

Name: Kevin Dunn, Tara Morris and Matthew Razzouk (Slammer Shop)

Kevin Dunn, Tara Morris and Matthew Razzouk all co-own Slammer Shop – a restaurant on the run. Slammer Shop is a big black food truck with a grinning cartoon criminal behind bars; he chows down on a fried bologna sandwich and some signature “Slammer Slosh,” which is a pork-based ramen. Chef Kevin Dunn also whips up all the classic favorites, including killer hotdogs, slammin’ cheeseburgers and cheese fries. These foods are affordable and accessible to anyone with an appetite, and Tampa Bay locals enjoy the simple yet creative cuisines that are parked right around the corner.
