What do you do?
We own and operate slammershop food truck and have built a lot of the local trucks.
Why do you do it?
I love it, it's exciting, creative, and a great way to network and provide joy to truckers and hungry folks.
What was your Catalyst? (How did you get started?)
The need for good comfort food at an acceptable price point. My partner and I have turned our lives around and want others to enjoy.
What’s a common misconception or unknown aspect of what you do?
It's very difficult work. It's time consuming and not always profitable.
What’s the most challenging part of your Hustle?
Shopping and cleaning. We love the big events so the sales part is pleasant.
What’s the most valuable piece of business advice/insight that’s helped you?
Just do it. There are a lot of people who will tell you "What you should do" ... follow your dream and stick to it.
