Wengay Newton has always been the king of common sense and champion of the people. He puts the needs of the community first. He is not a mere aspirational politician seeking career advancement, of financial gain, moving about the city to find an available office for which he can run. He is not in this race to enhance himself. He has demonstrated his advocacy for, and interest in, advancing the lives of others. I pray he becomes our next mayor!
