Ken Welch, congratulations, well-done – I’m happy for you, tour familiy, for St. Pete, and for me. A good campaign, a coalition/dialogue-building effort, a great win, by a good margin. Your agenda is clear, your method is conciliatory, your results bode well for keeping this up for 5-9 weeks, then for 4-8 years. St Pete needs you – let’s keep it inclusive and make it conclusive – and make it a win for every family, individual, group, and business in St Pete. Thanks and best.
Let’s go all out for equity and inclusion, the ability of our populations to live here comfortably/affordably, for all levels and neighborhoods,….for housing, jobs, opportunity, careers, businesses,….personal growth and happiness/satisfaction for all.
