Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay defends childhood potential.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay pairs adults with young children to provide support, mentoring, and relationship building that ultimately changes lives. These “Bigs” and “Littles” create bonds that can last a lifetime, and help keep kids out of trouble, in school, and away from problematic behaviors. From arts and crafts to bike rides, to sports games and beyond, Big Brothers, Big Sisters helps to boost children’s self-esteem and self-confidence.
In 2018, nearly 3,000 children were paired with caring adult mentors in the seven-county service area: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco, Citrus, Hernando and Sumter counties.
