Global Safety Management (GSM) specializes in making Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for various manufacturers. To do so, GSM uses a cloud-based SaaS software that CEO Julia MacGregor-Peralta created. Companies are legally obligated by OSHA to produce Safety Data Sheets for their products, including chemical products. To that end, GSM accelerates the process of making SDSs by asking companies about a product’s flash point, boiling point, pH and more. The end result is an SDS (composed in multiple languages) that GSM designed much more quickly and thoroughly than its client would have been able to design on its own.

Julia MacGregor-Peralta has 20 years experience in hands-on business management and growing companies from the start up through the growth stages. She is a recognized industry expert in regulatory compliance. Before Global Safety Management, MacGregor-Peralta served as the CEO of WordDoc Translations, Inc., which focused on translating Safety Data Sheets. As a Hispanic woman, MacGregor-Peralta has been a part of efforts to make the venture capital world a more inclusive place.
