Mitch Permuy

Chairman

Mitch Permuy co-founded Power Design, Inc. and serves as its Chairman. Permuy is actively involved in the day to day management of Power Design which includes developing goals, operating plans, policies, and short and long objectives for the organization; establishing organizational structure, meeting with and advising other executives and reviewing results of business operations. Permuy is a Certified Master Electrician in twelve states and has over twenty-five years of experience in designing and installing complex electrical projects.

Dana Permuy

Co-Chairman & CFO

Dana Permuy co-founded Power Design, Inc. in 1989 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Permuy's primary focus is to oversee the entire fiscal responsibility of Power Design, Inc. Her responsibilities include overseeing financial plans, accounting practices, cash management, accounting, budgeting, and tax and audit activities of the Power Design and its subsidiaries. She is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, managing and directing relationships with business and financial vendors and developing and implementing changes to improve systems and financial performance.

Meredith Zdon

CEO

Meredith Zdon plans and directs all aspects of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Zdon is also responsible for Power Design’s short and long-term financial and operational goals and ensures that all departments operate cohesively.

Frank Musolino

COO

Frank Musolino is involved at all levels within the company, from corporate planning to operational execution. An avid hunter, when Musolino is not in the woods he directly oversees Power Design’s Preconstruction activities, which includes the Estimating, Preconstruction, Engineering, and Coordination of groups. He also directs all aspects of Power Design’s Systems Division, which performs fire alarm, low voltage, security, audio/visual and lighting control work nationwide. But don’t be fooled by Musolino’s preconstruction responsibilities; with a drive for excellence in the field and respect towards the staff that achieves it, you’ll find him walking job sites and providing guidances as much as anybody.
