Originally St. Petersburg’s BayWalk, the Sundial St. Pete is a two-story open air shopping center in the heart of downtown.
It includes a wide variety of restaurants and shops, including the Locale Market, Ruths Chris Steakhouse, and White House Black Market. It has since become a landmark for St. Petersburg with its nearly two-story, functional sundial at the heart of its courtyard, designed by Emmy Award-winning production designer, René Lagler. The sundial is surrounded by bronze dolphins created by Mark Aeling, leaping out of the fountain in honor of the waterfront city. In this courtyard, the outdoor mall also hosts events throughout the year. The Sundial has become a center for St. Pete, a hotspot for high-end shopping, dining, and appreciation of the city’s unique culture.

Profile
Since its renovations and renaming in 2014, the Sundial has developed into a local destination for the people of St. Petersburg. Before this shift, the Sundial began its journey as BayWalk in 2000. Now, with its new courtyard and shops, it has become one of the city's places-to-be. Its titular sundial pays homage to the Sunshine City and includes six bronze dolphins surrounding the fountain, a testament to the beautiful downtown waterfront. Its products and services vary from fine jewelry to a glamour spa to a theater. Visitors can dine, shop, and enjoy live entertainment and events in the center of Downtown St. Pete.
