Places This Week: Early century St. Petersburg office building lists
The Catalyst’s weekly roundup of notable Pinellas County real estate news.

The Paramount, a downtown St. Petersburg office building, comprising two connecting two-story structures, at 721 1st Avenue N., has entered the market with an asking price of $4.5 million.
Situated on a 0.32-acre lot on the corner of 1st Avenue N. and 8th Street N., the two buildings, completed in 1920 and 1938, together provide 13,939 heated square feet. Inside are multiple conference rooms, private offices, a reception area and employee break rooms. Outside are 13 parking spaces and a private courtyard.
The property is available for immediate occupancy. With DC-1 (Downtown Center-1) zoning, potential uses include office, retail, residential, hospitality or redevelopment opportunities.
The law firm Englander Fischer purchased the property under the registered name E&B Investments, LLC in 1998 for $388,200.

Redington Beach estate asks $8 million

Four-building commercial portfolio for sale
A collection of four commercial buildings, advertised as 6827-6850 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, has listed for sale with an asking price of $5.73 million. Situated on a combined 2.09 acres of land on the northwest signalized intersection of Pasadena Avenue and 1st Avenue S., with additional frontage on Central Avenue, the sale offers approximately 25,000 square feet of rentable space.
6827 1st Avenue S. is a multi-tenant two-story office structure built in 1984 with 7,244 heated square feet equally split between the two floors. 6830 1st Avenue S. is a one-story, multi-tenant property built in 1948 with 8,305 heated square feet. Tenants in the two buildings include a mix of professional and medical offices, with leases set to expire between the end of May 2027 and May 2031.
6850 1st Avenue S. is a one-story structure built in 1954 with 5,464 square feet of heated space. It is occupied by Practically Pikasso, a creative arts studio that has been in business since 1999. Its lease is set to expire in December 2032.
51 Pasadena Avenue S. is a 3,186 heated square-foot property built in 1969 and leased since 2011 by Carnovale Car Care, a domestic and European auto repair facility. This lease expires in December 2027.
The portfolio offers a combined 84 parking spaces and three oversized pylon signs. Recent improvements include new roofs in 2017-2018, the replacement of HVAC units in 2021, the installation of a solar electrical system, and over $415,000 in suite renovations since 2022.

Old Northeast and Historic Uptown multifamily lists
The Holly House Collection, a pair of St. Petersburg multifamily properties located at 211 and 727 7th Avenue N., have together listed for $2.8 million. The offering comprises 16 residential units split evenly between the two properties. As of May 2026, all of the units are occupied.
Holly House, at 211 7th Avenue N. in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood, is a collection of three two-story structures situated on a 0.16-acre parcel of land. Two were built in 1925 and one in 1940. Together, they provide eight units across 3,912 square feet of living space, including two studio, five one-bedroom/one-bathroom and one two-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments. Units range in size from 350 to 500 square feet with current rental prices of $1,275 to $1,450 per month. A 1,029-square-foot garage occupies the ground level of one of the buildings.
The second property is located at 727 7th Avenue N. in the Historic Uptown neighborhood. Two two-story structures, one built in 1910 and the other in 1931, are situated on a 0.16-acre of land. The eight units include seven one-bedroom/one-bathroom and one two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments with 450 to 750 square feet of living space. Rentals are between $1,050 and $1,750 per month. The larger of the two buildings features a 1,104 square-foot garage.
Both properties are located in historic residential neighborhoods and all of the structures feature framed buildings in front and concrete block structures in the rear.
Holly House 211, LCC purchased the 211 7th Avenue N. property in 2012 for $250,000. The 727 7th Avenue N. property was purchased under the registered name 727 Uptown Apartments, LLC in 2021 for $436,000.

1926 Euclid Heights neighborhood home sells
A 3,000 gross square-foot home built in 1926, at 4805 16th Street N., St. Petersburg, sold July 3 for $1.15 million, $350,000 below its list price in August 2025.
The residence, with 2,488 square feet of living space spread across two floors, sits on a 0.27-acre double corner lot and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Inside are nine-foot curved ceilings and archways, a wood-burning fireplace, a bonus room, a kitchen with white glass appliances and a primary suite with an original cast-iron bathtub.
The property also includes a 360-square-foot two-car detached garage with high ceilings for storage, and an additional standalone structure equipped with plumbing and electric that can serve as a pool house, home office or accessory dwelling unit.
Outside is a heated pool and spa, a 2,000-square-foot travertine patio, a fenced vegetable or flower garden, and an irrigation system drawn from four private wells.
Additional highlights include an underground wired speaker system, solar panels, new exterior paint, updated plumbing and expansive alley parking for guests, boats or recreational vehicles.

Belleair Bluffs multifamily sells
The sale of two adjacent apartment communities, at 551 and 567 Mehlenbacher Road in Belleair Bluffs, closed July 1 for a sales price of $3.3 million. The asset, which features a combined 18 garden-style residential units, was listed last February for $3.6 million.
Bluff’s Place, at 551 Mehlenbacher Road, is a one-building, two-story property built in 1973 and renovated in 2025. It provides 12 units across 8,876 square feet of living space and is situated on 0.42 acres of land.
Tiffany Manor is a two-building property sitting on a 0.30-acre parcel at 567 Mehlenbacher Road. Both structures are two stories, built in 1959, and feature three units with a combined 2,878 square feet.
Together, the two locations provide one studio, nine one-bedroom/one-bath, four two-bedroom/two bath, and four two-bedroom/two bath apartments.
The seller, Mark Tong, Inc., purchased Bluff’s Place in 2004 for $800,000 and Tiffany Manor in 1994 for $190,000.
