Places This Week: A Jungle Prada Mediterranean home

Saltaire 30th floor condominium sells
A 2,712 square-foot condominium located on the 30th floor of Saltaire, a newly constructed 35-floor complex at 301 1st Street S., St. Petersburg, sold Oct. 2 for $2.65 million. The seller, and original owner, paid $2.09 million when the building was completed in October, 2023.
Unit 3003 features three bedrooms and four baths and provides direct views of Tampa Bay, the St. Pete Pier and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. The living room offers a dry bar and undercounter wine cooler, the kitchen is equipped with Jenn-Aire appliances and an extended pantry, and bathrooms feature frameless glass shower doors and contemporary European-style white gloss and coastal woodgrain cabinetry.

Asian Garden 2 Table property enters market
A live-work opportunity with agricultural zoning has listed for sale with an asking price of $999,000. Located at 6501 62nd Street N., Pinellas Park, the property is owned by Asian Garden 2 Table, a retail and online supplier of vegetable and fruit seeds, cookware and gardening tools.

A 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath bungalow-style home located at 416 14th Avenue NE, St. Petersburg has listed with an asking price of $989,000. The one-story, 1,378 square-foot home was built in 1922 and is located on a 0.14-acre parcel of land on a brick-paved street in the Old Northeast neighborhood.

Prince Gregor Apartments sell
Prince Gregor Apartments, a 13-unit multifamily apartment complex located at 844 5th Avenue S., St. Petersburg, sold Oct. 2 for $2.2 million, $140,000 below the list price. The building offers a mixture of studio, one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units.
The two-story, 7,090 gross square-foot structure was built in 1948 and is situated on 0.24 acres of land. Each floor has 3,309 square feet of living space. All of the units were recently upgraded with new stainless-steel appliances, bamboo composite cabinetry, tiled or steel backsplashes, upgraded countertops, modern fixtures and tiled showers.
Additional highlights include on-site laundry and storage facilities; new wiring, plumbing and fire alarm and security access system; new split HVAC systems in every unit; a gated parking lot; and restoration to the exterior façade. Largo industrial warehouse sells
The sale of an 11,760 heated square-foot industrial facility located at 12600 Belcher Road S., Largo closed Oct. 2 with a purchase price of $2.08 million. The seller, Classic Automobile Co., Inc., a now-dissolved Florida corporation, had purchased the property in 2007 for $685,000.
The one-story, pre-finished metal structure was built in 1970 and provides 9,648 square feet of warehouse space and 2,112 square feet of office space. It is situated on a 1.09-acre parcel of land and allows for approximately 28 parking spaces, with additional paved parking available in the rear of the property.
Highlights include two grade level 14’ x 14’ doors, 17.1’-20.7’ high ceilings, single phase power, skylights, outside storage and a fully-fenced property with a gate.
The seller was represented by Tyler Thomas, Deron Thomas and Kyle Harris with Industrial Realty Solutions. The purchaser is LFY, LLC, a Florida limited liability company managed by Dean and Laura DeSantis of Miami.
