All the bedrooms include an ensuite bath, and the primary suite offers a sitting area, dual walk-in closets, plantation shutters, and a marble-wrapped bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub and a 140-square-foot walk-in shower.

Additional highlights include new roofs, seven HVAC zones, new landscape lighting, a Generac generator and two drive-in gates.
