Pinellas County Home portfolio for sale
A portfolio of 21 units situated on 18 parcels of land, with physical addresses spanning from St. Petersburg to Clearwater, has hit the market with an asking price of $4.8 million.
The sale includes 18 single family homes and three duplexes built between 1948 and 1967. They are all one-story structures encompassing a total of 24,519 square feet.
The properties are 100 percent occupied, with rents ranging from $1,895 to $3,075 per month. All are connected to city water and sewer, and tenants are responsible for their own utilities.
Seven properties have new roofs, and the HVAC systems have been professionally maintained by the current owner.

A single-family colonial-style home located at 646 17th Avenue NE in the Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, sold Jan. 2 for the list price of $1.775 million. The two-story property was built in 1926 and is situated on a 0.14-acre lot on an Augusta brick-lined street with tall royal palms out front.

Amplify Clearwater purchases offices
Amplify Clearwater Chamber Foundation, Inc. closed Dec. 31 on the purchase of its administrative offices at 1346 S. Fort Harrison Avenue for a sales price of $1.574 million. The property, previously owned under the registered name Greater Clearwater Chamber of Commerce Inc., was listed in October for $2.4 million.
The two-story building, constructed in 1987, is situated on a 0.34-acre corner lot, steps off the Belleair Country Club. It provides a total of 7,563 gross square feet with 2,154 heated square feet on the ground floor, 3,217 heated square feet on the upper story and an 856 square-foot carport.
