Clearwater industrial building listed

A 31,018 square-foot multi-functional industrial building located at 17129 US Hwy 19 N. in Clearwater has just listed for $4.395 million. The property, built in 2002, with an addition in 2019 and a major renovation in 2023, offers a versatile, modern and efficient climate-controlled showroom and warehouse space that can be used for a variety of business needs.

Inside the showroom/production area are 10+ foot ceilings, nine glassed private offices, a large conference room, an open showroom/bullpen area, an upscale employee lounge/kitchen and multi-stall bathrooms. The warehouse portion, with ceiling heights from 17 to 23 feet, provides a large area for industrial or storage purposes.

 Ovation Condos home for sale

 A 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home, located on the 14th floor of Ovation Condos, 180 Beach Drive NE in St. Petersburg, has listed for $4.3 million. In a building with only 45 residences, this 3,660 square-foot condo is located on the northeast side of the tower with sweeping, unobstructed views of Tampa Bay and the St. Pete Pier.

The home has a dedicated elevator that opens to a private vestibule. Former military museum property for sale

An industrial space in Largo has listed with a sales price of $4.25 million. Located at 2050 34th Way N, the property was once home to the Armed Forces History Museum, which closed in 2017 after eight years.

The current owner, Rapp Scrap LLC, operates a recycling facility on the property. The 25,000 square-foot warehouse and 4,465 square-foot office were built in 1987 and sit on over two acres of land. The property was last purchased in 2021 for $2.5 million.

The space is suited for single or multi-tenant use with the ability to utilize an additional outdoor storage area. Features include 18 large grade level doors, with the ability to add more;  fully air-conditioned and fire-sprinkled buildings, 14-18.5-foot-high ceilings with additional mezzanine space, and electronic gate access.

Old Northeast century old home sells

After less than a week on the market, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath home located at 228 14th Avenue NE sold for $1.47 million Jan. 12. The 2,094-square-foot home, sitting on a 4,657 square-foot lot, was built in 1925.

The downstairs living and dining area features a wood-burning fireplace and original 100-year-old pine wood flooring. An office/den on the first level has an attached full bath that has been fully renovated. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, along with two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

A new patio area was added in 2021 with plenty of room for a gas grill or firepit. Lush landscaping fills the exterior front and a hardscape area leads to a detached two-car garage that was built in 2012.

The home was last purchased for $630,000 in 2020.

Tierra Verde waterfront home lists for $4 million

A 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath Mediterranean-style home located at 119 8th St. E in Tierra Verde recently hit the market with a sale price of just under $4 million. This three-story, 5,104 square-foot waterfront home was built in 1996 and sits on a quarter-acre lot.

The main level features 20-foot ceilings and marble floors throughout, a formal living and dining room with a wet bar and wine cooler, a chef’s kitchen with three Wolf ovens and a gas stove top and a large family room off the kitchen. Also on this level is the primary bedroom and bath, an additional ensuite bedroom and a sitting area/office with access to an outdoor lanai. Four additional bedrooms are located on the third floor with balconies overlooking the canal.

A newly remodeled pool, paved patio area and a Mugnaini wood fire oven are on the lower level. A six-car garage provides ample parking, and an oversized dock, with water, electricity and a lift, provides access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Multi-unit property sells in Old Northeast

After six months on the market, a two-story multi-family residence, located at 255 6th Ave. NE, sold Jan. 17 for $1.75 million. The list price was $2.295 million. The residence was built in 1920 and is steps away from Beach Drive with views of the Vinoy Resort.

The 5,029 square-foot property houses eight rental units, including two 2-bedroom/1 bath, two 1-bedroom/1 bath, three studio apartments, an office and a detached two-car garage/workshop/storage space. The entire residence has original Heart of Pine wood flooring and updated kitchens, electrical, plumbing and hurricane impact windows.  Each unit has its own porch or outdoor cover.

The residence is zoned for multi-family apartments for five to nine units, but can be converted into a single-family home.
