A waterfront estate with three separate living units plus a studio, situated on a 0.13-acre parcel at 5659-5657 Shore Boulevard S., Gulfport, has listed for sale with an asking price of $3.6 million. Built in 2012, each home has its own private entrance and together provides seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and one half-bath.

The three-story main residence features three bedrooms, three baths, an office, a gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and an extra-large island, and a primary suite equipped with two water closets and a custom-designed walk-in closet. Additional highlights include mahogany floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and a covered veranda providing panoramic views of Boca Ciega Bay.

The second home offers two bedrooms, two baths and an office. Inside are bamboo flooring, a private dumbwaiter, an electric fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and a second-story veranda spanning over 40 feet.

Three Greenland Apartments properties list

Family owned and operated for over 40 years, three Greenland Apartments complexes in separate locations, all a short walk or drive to downtown St. Petersburg, have been individually listed for sale. 

900 1st Street N. is a two-story, 11-unit multifamily property located in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood. The 7,000 square-foot structure was built in 1957 and offers one studio, eight one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units. It is situated on 0.21 acres and provides 11 parking spaces onsite. The asking price is $2.3 million. 

105 and 115 7th Avenue N., also in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood, are two multifamily properties with a total of 18 living units, including four studios, 13 one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartments. 105 7th Avenue N. is a two-story structure built in 1956 and situated on a 0.16-acre parcel. It provides eight units across 4,008 heated square feet. 115 7th Avenue N. is a two-story structure built in 1960 with 10 living units across 5,667 heated square feet. It is situated on a 0.17-acre plot of land.  The two buildings are separated by a landscaped courtyard and 11 parking spaces are available in the back. The asking price for the two properties is $3.7 million. 

510/500 Bayview Drive NE is a two-building property in the Snell Isle neighborhood with a total of 12,792 square feet of living space. Both two-story structures were built in 1970 and provide a total of eight two-bedroom and two-bath units. The 0.57-acre parcel provides a shared parking lot with carports and  is located directly across the street from Snell Island Harbor. The asking price for this property is undisclosed.

Clearwater Beach home lists for $7.5 million

A 9,112 gross square-foot home situated on two oversized lots on Clearwater Beach has listed for $7.5 million. The two-story residence at 755 Bay Esplanade was built in 2012 and offers five bedrooms, five full baths and one half bath.

Inside are natural wood flooring, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, an executive office, two laundry rooms and a private in-law suite with its own entrance. Four oversized garages provide plenty of room for parking and storage. Outside is an in-ground heated pool and spa, lush green space and a 30,000-pound boat lift.

Additional highlights include a metal roof, hurricane impact windows and doors, a tankless water heater, a whole-house security system and 152 feet of waterfrontage on Mandalay Channel.

The seller, represented by Justin Helmus with The Shop Real Estate Co., purchased the home in 2008 for $1.325 million.

Harbor Inn on Main for sale in Safety Harbor

A two-story, 9,605 square-foot property currently operating as a multi-unit Airbnb, located at 454 Main St., Safety Harbor, has listed for sale with an asking price of $4.99 million.

Harbor Inn on Main was built in 1918 and offers eight turnkey apartments, including six one-bedroom units and two studios, each with their own kitchen and bath. 

Approximately 3,000 square feet of vacant retail space on the elevated ground level is available for immediate occupancy. The 0.45-acre parcel is zoned as Main Street Marketplace, allowing for multiple uses, including retail, multi-family, hospitality and entertainment.

Recent improvements include a new roof in 2020 and HVAC duct work in 2023. Additional highlights include 14 private parking spaces, garage/storage space, blocks from the Safety Harbor Spa and 155 feet of frontage on Main Street.

Paula Krupa, owner of Harbor Inn on Main LLC and Accents by Paula, a Safety Harbor interior design firm, purchased the property in 2021 for $1.510 million. The listing is provided by Alex Lucke with Keller Wiliams Commercial NW Tampa.

Tampa skin care company purchases two Oldsmar warehouses

Infinity Gold Investment Corp, an international beauty and skin care company based in Tampa, closed May 7 on the purchase of two light manufacturing warehouses at 320 and 340 Scarlet Blvd., Oldsmar.

320 Scarlet Boulevard is a two-building property totaling 28,583 gross square feet and situated on 1.06 acres of land. Structure 1, built in 1990, has two stories with 4,470 square feet of warehouse space and 2,354 square feet of office space downstairs, and 1,482 square feet of office space upstairs. Structure 2, built in 1989, provides one level with 6,884 square feet of warehouse space, a 6,263 square-foot production area and 3,694 square feet of office space. The seller, STORE Capital, an Arizona net-lease real estate investment trust, acquired the property in 2018 for $1.010 million.

340 Scarlet Boulevard is a one-building property that sits on a 0.44-acre of land. The one story structure, built in 1990, provides 7,805 square feet of warehouse and office space. STORE Capital bought the property in 2018 for $1.518 million.

The original asking price for the two properties was $5.2 million. 320 Scarlet Boulevard sold for $1.782 million and 340 Scarlet Boulevard sold for $2.698 million.

Clearwater estate sells within two months

Following two months on the market, a 6,688 square-foot home built by the seller in 1999, at 1755 Mccauley Rd., Clearwater, sold May 5 for $3 million, $149,000 below the list price.

The two-story property is situated on 1.46 acres of land and features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half-bath.  A bronze and mahogany double entry door leads to an expansive 4,020 square-foot main level with a formal living room, a dining room with built-ins and two Wolf warming drawers, a private office, a chef’s kitchen with an oversized island and a butler’s pantry equipped with a second dishwasher and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Also on this level is a family room with a gas fireplace and an 80-bottle wine cellar, a spacious guest bedroom with an ensuite bath and a den that opens to the backyard.

On the 2,668 square-foot upper level is a balcony and catwalk overlooking the family room below; the primary suite with a workout space, coffee bar, two walk-in closets and a bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower; and three additional bedrooms, one which offers a private ensuite bath and two that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Outside is a marble and paver circular driveway,  a 1,100 square-foot garage, an inground pool and a sport court for playing tennis, pickleball or basketball.

The seller, represented by Martha Thorn with Coldwell Banker Realty, purchased the property in 1998 for $375,000. The buyer’s agent was Michael Perez with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.
