Built in 1925, the 1,752 square feet of living space is divided into a 1,392 square-foot, two-bedroom, two bath home and a 360 square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bath detached cottage.
The main residence features original built-ins in the hallway and dining room and hardwood floors throughout. Located at 1940 Central Ave., in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg, a 3,150 commercial building has listed for sale with an asking price of $1.39 million.
The one-story, concrete block structure was built in 1947 and is situated on a 0.10-acre lot with CCT-2 zoning. The interior space is in excellent condition and could be split into two units. The current tenant will be vacating the property.
Additional features include four parking spaces, two doors in the rear with alley access and 45 feet of frontage on Central Avenue.

Office Building on Salt Creek lists
An office building situated on a 0.54-acre lot on Salt Creek, at 1601 3rd Street S., St. Petersburg, along with an adjacent 0.14-acre vacant lot on 17th Avenue S., have listed for sale for $3 million.
The two-story, 9,076 heated square-foot structure was built in 1935 and is currently set up with offices and lab space. IC zoning allows for future uses as an office, educational or a hospitality facility, such as a restaurant, bar or microbrewery.

Clearwater commercial portfolio sells
Cado Technologies Investment Group, a private real estate firm in Palmetto, Florida, closed on the sale of a five-parcel portfolio, with addresses on 60th Street N., Clearwater, Dec. 18 for $5.15 million. The parcels comprise 41,208 square feet of building space across 2.79 acres of land. ACTRON, a manufacturer of precision metal products and assemblies, is the sole tenant of all five properties.
13003 60th Street N has two warehouses with 3,000 heated square feet each; one built in 1965 and the other in 2013. They are spread across 0.31 acres of land. The property was purchased by the seller in 2020 for $600,000.
13110 60th Street N is a one-structure property with 8,000 square feet. It sits on 0.46 acres and was built in 1970. It was purchased by the seller in 2019 for $525,000.
13112 60th Street N is a one-structure property with 3,200 square feet built in 1979. It sits on 0.46 acres. It was purchased by the seller in 2019 for $335,000.
13147 is a two-building property across 1.24 acres; one with 11,680 square feet and completed in 1968, and the other with 8,000 square feet and completed in 1980. It was purchased by the seller in 2020 for $1.736 million.
13173 60th Street N is a one-building property with 3,200 square feet. It sits on 0.31 acres and was completed in 1964. It was purchased the seller in 2020 for $375,000.

Largo residence and guest suites sell above asking price
Following one month on the market, a main home, along with two separate living spaces at 11210 Spring St., Largo, sold Dec. 24 for $1.275 million, $25,000 above the asking price of $1.250 million. The property is situated on a 0.81-acre corner lot, a short drive to Indian Rocks Beach.
The two-story primary residence features three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath. It offers a formal living room and dining area, a kitchen with a breakfast nook and a large family room with a fireplace.
