Places This Week: Treasure Island’s ‘Pearl’ condos list

“Pearl,” a five-story condominium complex comprised of only four full-floor units, will soon break ground at 10126 Gulf Blvd., Treasure Island. Completion is expected in 2025. The four residences are now listed for sale with asking prices ranging from $4.8 million for the lowest floor to $5.5 million for the penthouse on the top floor.

Each of the units are 4,013 square feet with four bedrooms, four full baths and one half-bath. The great room offers a 25-foot-wide wall of glass that opens to a 928 square-foot covered, Gulf-front balcony. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Cove, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a hidden butler’s pantry and a glass wine-room enclosure. All of the bedrooms feature an ensuite bath and a walk-in closet. The owner’s suite provides a balcony with Gulf views and a bath with custom tilework, large dual vanities, a frameless glass rain shower enclosure and a large soaking tub.

Additional highlights include an oversized laundry, tankless water heater, custom tray ceilings, three interior parking spaces and guest parking. Community amenities include a dedicated dog run, outdoor heated pool and spa and a common patio fire pit area.

St. Petersburg owners and developers Alex Millman and Amy Krusemark purchased the 0.31-acre property in 2023 for $3.15 million. The listings are provided by Dania Perry with Century 21.

Turn-key St. Pete Beach home lists

A fully furnished, turn-key single-family home at 3210 E. Maritana Drive, St. Pete Beach has listed with a sales price of $1.399 million. The one-story, 1,600 square-foot property was built in 1955 and has three bedrooms and two baths.

 The spacious living area features large windows allowing natural light to flow through. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and a large number of cabinets. The master suite has its own ensuite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms provide space for an office and room to host family and friends.

A fully-fenced outdoor area includes a lush backyard with tropical foliage, a solar-heated salt-water pool and a covered patio. The 0.14-acre property is a short stroll to the beach and the Don CeSar Hotel.

The seller purchased the property in 2010 for $115,000. The listing agents are Pete Mustafaraj and Kimberly Mustafaraj with Smith & Associates Real Estate.

 Safety Harbor Industrial Complex hits the market

The Safety Harbor Industrial Complex, a general warehouse and storage business at 1600 State Road 590, Safety Harbor, has listed for sale with an asking price of $15 million. The three one-story prefinished metal buildings on the property comprise a combined 110,266 gross square feet and are situated on 10.49 acres of fenced-in land with two points of entry and exit.

Structure 1, built in 1971, has 73,540 square feet of warehouse space and over 6,000 square feet of office space. Structure 2 is a 7,200 heated square-foot small bay warehouse built in 1970. It is divided into 10 units, each with a 10-foot overhead door and grade-level loading. Attached to the building is a 5,112 square-foot canopy for loading and covered parking. Structure 3 is a 17,236 square-foot warehouse and office building completed in 1965. It is situated on 3.5 of the 10-acre parcel and is leased to Safety Harbor Yard Waste Transfer, a waste management service.

Also on the property is a cell tower, leased to Crown Castle through 2038, and an ample amount of outdoor storage space. It sits adjacent to a railroad and within close proximity to the Courtney Campbell Causeway.

Safety Harbor Industrial Complex LLC purchased the property in 2017 for $3.2 million. The listing agent is Nate Hatzie with Wikle Commercial Real Estate Services.

 Gulfport Bed and Breakfast sells

The Sea Breeze Manor Inn, a seven-suite, waterfront bed and breakfast located at 5701 Shore Boulevard S., Gulfport, sold Sept. 25 for $2.3 million. The property had been listed in April for $2.795 million. The two-story, 5,523 gross square-foot Tudor-style property was built in 1923 and is situated on a 0.24-acre of land. Renovations were made between 2017 and 2024.

On the first level of the main house is the original living room with a wood-burning fireplace and two suites – one with a double private entrance, 1.5 bathrooms and views of Boca Ciega Bay; the other with a double private entrance and private balcony overlooking the patio and tropical gardens. Up the grand staircase are three additional suites. The first features 14-foot vaulted ceilings with a private wrap-around balcony and panoramic views of the bay. The second offers a  private deck with views of the gardens, and the third is an intimate space with two large windows.

Additional accommodations include two guest cottages- one with views of the bay and the other in the backyard. The Breeze Waterfront Restaurant offers seating on an elevated covered porch overlooking the bay or in the tropical courtyard.

The seller, Habaneros Florida LLC, purchased the property in 2017 for $875,000. Rodger Kooser with Realty Center International provided the listing.

Largo home sells over list price

Following five days on the market, a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home at 14046 Jennifer Terrace, Largo closed Sept. 26 for a sale price of $1.075 million, $25,000 over the list price.

The one-story residence was built in 1992 and has 3,134 square feet of living space. It sits on a 0.27-acre parcel of land in Largo’s Collins Estate neighborhood. The three-way split floorplan inside includes a living area with a spacious family room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space with a separate breakfast bar, a private office and a master suite with an ensuite bath and a screened-in outdoor patio. 

Outside is a 739 square-foot air conditioned three-car garage with a large storage space, a generous-sized pool and a landscaped rear yard with a pond. Highlights include a over-sized laundry room, an electric panel with updated whole-house generator capability, attic storage and storm shutters on all windows.

The property was last purchased in 2020 for $685,000. The seller was represented by Julie Folden with Coastal Properties Group International. John Erik Savitsky with Engel & Volkers St. Pete represented the buyer.

Boston Market property sells

A former Boston Market restaurant, closed since 2023, sold Sept. 24 for $2.6 million. The one-story, 3,193 heated square-foot restaurant property with a drive-thru, located at 9595 4th Street N., St. Petersburg, was built in 1994 and sits on 1.08 acres of land. The property offers 42 parking spaces and 85 feet of frontage on 4th Street N. A new roof was installed in 2017 and a new canopy in 2018.

The purchaser is Cook Out, a fast-food restaurant specializing in burgers, barbeque, hot dogs and shakes. The company opened its first restaurant in North Carolina in 1989 and currently has over 300 locations in 10 states throughout the country. Cook Out purchased two former Boston Market locations in Tampa earlier this year.

The seller was O CHK, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly known as Boston Market Real Estate Company. The listing was provided by Colliers Real Estate.
