Waterfront apartment complex lists 

The Linncrest Apartments complex in St. Pete Beach is now on the market. 

The 21-unit waterfront property at 505 Pass a Grille Way has an asking price is $12.9 million, which breaks down to $614,286 per unit, according to a Loopnet listing. 

The units in the three-story elevatored building are all large two-bedroom, two-bathroom units that are approximately 1,080 square feet.

The ground-floor units all have patios and the second and third-floor units have balconies overlooking the intercoastal waterway, according to a marketing package from Barkett Realty. 

The complex, constructed in 1973, has 200 feet of frontage on Pass a Grille Way and features a fishing dock, 21 parking spaces and onsite laundry services. 

Hurley Park is directly across the street from the property. 

 

Health care real estate group sells Palm Harbor and Largo facilities 

The Countryside Rehab and Healthcare Center in Palm Harbor and the Bardmoor Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center have sold in a combined deal totaling over $23.3 million.

The nearly 41,000-square-foot Countryside Rehab and Healthcare Center has skilled nursing services offering therapies with therapists and licensed care professionals.

The 60,554-square-foot Bardmoor Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center also offers skilled nursing services. 

Atlanta-based Eclipse Decathalon sold the nursing home at 3825 Countryside Blvd. N. for over $12.95 million, while the Bardmoor Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at 9035 Bryan Dairy Road sold for over $10.35 million. 

They buyer is an entity connected to Joseph Herskowitz. 

 

Redington Shores estate sells for nearly $6 million 

A 4,020-square-foot home at 17814 Lee Ave. in Redington Shores has sold in a $5.9 million deal.

The five-bedroom beachfront home, built in 2018, has a Coastal Mediterranean design.

Outside, it boasts a saltwater pool and spa with a covered sundeck. The home also includes an elevator. 

The property was being sold furnished, according to the listing

The home last sold in 2019 for $3.25 million, according to public records.

Flagship Bank claims new Tarpon Springs branch office

The 3,300-square-foot building at 1101 S. Pinellas Ave. is the first permanent physical office for the Clearwater-based bank, which had been leasing office space in Tarpon Springs for over two years. 

The community bank has branch locations in Clearwater, Oldsmar, Largo and St. Petersburg.
