Artistry’s next phase
The original plan for the residential Artistry at Park Station project involved the redevelopment of 26 lots in Pinellas Park bordered by 75th Avenue North.
The 26 lots were replated into 30 small lots for single-family homes. The development team is now adding three lots, according to an application filed in the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
The additional lots will bump up the number of homes from 30 to 34 residences. The community will also feature a small park.
St. Petersburg-based Namaste Homes is leading the project and is working with Clearwater-based Kar and Kar Architects Inc.
