CBRE announced Ari Ravi has joined Tampa-based Retail Investments practice as Vice President. In this role, Mr. Ravi will partner with Mark Shellabarger and focus on business development and execution of retail investment properties in the Tampa Bay/West Coast of Florida markets.

Mr. Ravi joins CBRE from Marcus & Millichap, where he was Regional Manager. He has overseen and executed more than $4 billion in transaction volume since 2008. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Ravi entered the commercial real estate industry with Prudential Commercial Real Estate Florida in 2008, focusing on sales and leasing for office and retail buildings in the Tampa Bay MSA. Mr. Ravi earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, in Decision and Information Sciences from the Warrington College of Business.
