Synzi, a leading virtual care company, has named Brian Lichtlin as Chief Technology Officer. Lichtlin brings over twenty years of healthcare technology experience, with development of cloud-based technologies for value-based care.

Prior to Synzi, Lichtlin was Chief Executive Officer of Advalent, Inc, a payer administrative platform company focused on payers transitioning from fee-for-service to fee-for-value, with emphasis on risk and quality programs. Prior to Advalent, Lichtlin was Chief Technology Officer of MDLIVE, Inc, one of the largest telemedicine companies serving more than 32 million lives across payers, self-insured employers and health systems. Lichtlin started his career in healthcare by founding MedAppz, an electronic health record and practice management software company that was acquired by Sage Healthcare (now Greenway Health) in 2011.
