Associate Dean of the Bilirakis College of Education at SPC

Dr. Heather Duncan is the new dean of the Bilirakis College of Education at SPC. Duncan was previously the associate dean. She attended UF, earning a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in special education. She also holds a doctorate in curriculum and instruction from USF.
