A-LIGN, a leading provider of cybersecurity and compliance solutions, welcomes Sean Butler as its new Executive Vice President (EVP) of People. Sean will lead and implement human capital strategies, change management and provide leadership, direction and guidance for the strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations of A-LIGN’s human capital.

Butler, an accomplished Human Resources Executive with global experience in public and private companies. He joins A-LIGN from Blue Grace Logistics, where he led human capital initiatives as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Blue Grace Logistics, Butler spent 18 years as Vice President of Human Resources leading all global aspects at Cargill/Mosaic Phosphate Companies, a $12 billion-dollar revenue company, Fortune 500 company with 15,000 global employees.
Butler holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas. He’s highly involved with the local community and actively contributes his time and efforts to various boards and positions such as: Trustee and Executive Board Member at Zoo Tampa, Chairman of the Board at Career Source Tampa Bay, St. Joseph’s Baptist Board of Directors part of BayCare where Butler also serves on the Clinical Excellence Committee.

Following a $54.4 million investment from FTV Capital, A-LIGN continues to build momentum in 2019 with more than 200 employees across the globe and will look to hire more than 100 employees over the next 12 months to support its commitment to client success and revenue growth.
