TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 7, 2025 — Company Man Studios (www.companymanstudios.com), one of Tampa Bay’s leading video production companies, today announced that it is moving its studio to a historic 100-year-old building in Seminole Heights. The move will enable closer collaboration with colleagues, stronger engagement with clients, and a long-term investment in a neighborhood that has become an artistic hub of Tampa Bay.

In September, the company will move to Seminole Heights, at 6600 North Florida Ave., in the building it recently purchased. The new studio location is being strategically redesigned to create collaborative team workspaces, private client meeting areas and other innovations that align with Company Man’s signature design style. The full-service video production company is known for crafting award-winning brand films, commercials, web videos, animations, digital ads and social media content, for clients including Lowe’s, Achieva Credit Union, Tom Brady, the University of Tampa, ConnectWise and Wellcare.

“Our new Seminole Heights location marks a milestone for our company that will enable us to more effectively engage with our clients and more organically invest in our community,” said Rob Tiisler, executive creative director and founder, Company Man Studios. “The new full-service studio will be a first of its kind in Seminole Heights, providing more creative spaces for our team to brainstorm in, more meeting spaces to collaborate with clients, and more custom work areas to accommodate our specialized workstations and editing equipment. Just as importantly, this relocation marks a major investment in one of Tampa Bay’s premier artistic neighborhoods, and a long-term commitment to a community that has enabled our business to grow and flourish for more than 10 years.”

With the move, Company Man looks forward to not only drawing inspiration from Seminole Heights’ creative vibe but also contributing to the renaissance taking place in the neighborhood through the opening of new shops, restaurants and small businesses.

“Seminole Heights has always been a hub for innovative thinkers, culinary artists, entrepreneurs and other creatives,” said Tiisler. “This neighborhood is a perfect fit for Company Man’s next chapter that aligns with our company’s mission to stay inspired, connected, and energized by our clients and the communities we serve. This move isn’t just about a change of scenery — it’s about engaging ourselves more deeply in a dynamic neighborhood that shares our independent spirit and passion for creativity.”

The company plans to announce an official open-house event for the new studio this fall.
