The Dunedin Public Theater Foundation, Inc. (DPT) engaged Keen Independent to assess the viability of the operations of a potential future 250-seat, intimate state-of-the-art theater. DPT plans to develop this theater as a catalyst for creativity, economic growth and community connection.

The work will begin on May 15 and will include a comprehensive study of the Dunedin arts and cultural market and assessment of the needs of potential patrons, renters, performers, staff and volunteers. This research will contribute to the development of a governance and staffing plan as well as an operational pro forma budget.
