GTE Financial Launches Cash Academy to Empower Youth with Financial Literacy
GTE Financial is proud to announce the launch of Cash Academy, its new and improved financial education initiative designed to equip teens and young adults with the skills they need to build a strong financial future. This interactive, on-demand program is part of the credit union’s ongoing commitment to support financial literacy in the Tampa Bay community.
Cash Academy guides parents and young adults through key financial concepts such as budgeting, understanding credit and debit, goal setting, and making smart saving and spending decisions. The program is easily accessible online and allows students to learn at their own pace in an engaging and practical format.
To encourage participation and celebrate the achievements of young learners, GTE Financial is offering a $50 reward to participants who complete the Cash Academy course and open a new Go Student Checking Account. In addition, students who complete the program are invited to share their personal stories about their financial journey for a chance to win a $2,090 graduation shopping spree in honor of their 90th anniversary celebration.
