Hope Villages of America to Host Annual Grand Gala Celebrating Five Decades of Impact in Tampa Bay

Hope Villages of America (HVA), a leading Tampa Bay nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services to individuals and families facing hunger, housing instability or domestic violence, announced today its upcoming Black & White Grand Gala. Scheduled for April 12, 2025, at The Karol Hotel, this annual event promises an extraordinary evening of hope, empowerment and philanthropy.

This year’s Grand Gala honors HVA’s 58 years of unwavering service while celebrating the organization’s future. With a bold new strategic plan in place, HVA is is dedicated to expanding its reach to over 150,000 people by 2028, further solidifying its role as a pillar of support in the Tampa Bay community.

“Our mission is rooted in hope, restoration, and self-sufficiency for those in crisis,” said Nick DiCeglie, President and CEO of Hope Villages of America. “The Grand Gala unites the community in a shared mission, raising essential funds that enable us to continue delivering life-changing services to those in need.”

The event will bring together business leaders, philanthropists, and dedicated supporters for an unforgettable evening celebrating the resilience and strength of the individuals and families served by HVA. Guests are invited to enjoy a VIP Cocktail Hour starting at 5:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6 p.m., followed by the program beginning at 7 p.m. The evening will feature a gourmet dinner, dancing, and an inspiring presentation that highlights the tangible impact of HVA’s services.

The 2025 Grand Gala is made possible through the generous support of LEMA Construction, Clear Sky Restaurants, Crown Automotive Group / Hawkins Family Foundation, Bizco Technologies, The Mondello Family Foundation, Smart Choice, TECO Energy, Friends of Adam Ross, Solace Insurance, Enterprise Mobility and Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen. Their contributions play a crucial role in sustaining HVA’s essential programs, ensuring that food assistance, housing stability and domestic violence prevention services remain accessible to those in need.
