Joy Bar Brings Holiday Cheer to the Tampa Bay Area 365 Days a Year

Every Saturday in December the local dive bar will have a Tequila takeover featuring a new brand each weekend. Guests can enjoy specials from different brands each week along with Santa’s naughty elf pouring drinks and taking photos with guests.

Additional month-long promotions include a deal for those wearing a Christmas sweater anytime in December to Joy Bar will get a free fireball shot. Also, make sure to find the naughty elf…he’s small, he’s naughty, and he’s somewhere in Joy Bar. Find him and win a free signature drink.

Whiskey enthusiasts have over 100 options to choose from including Joy Bar’s personal single barrels. The whiskey selection is always changing and growing year-round.

Enjoy the Christmas décor, sip holiday drinks, music from DJs on several nights and play fun games including pool tables, darts, giant Jenga, beer pong plus more. Joy Bar is the vision of owner Trey Lawson who launched the concept in 2023. Trey took over the bar seven years ago from his father. They have been in business for 35 years.
