Katz’s Solomon and Cashion Represent Fuqua Development in $7.8M Sale of 4501 66th Street N, St Petersburg, Florida – Granite Capital Purchases Property with Five Below and At Home

Fuqua Development has sold 4501 66th Street N in St Petersburg, Florida to Granite Capital for $7.8 million. Katz & Associates’ Daniel Solomon, CCIM, and Jon Cashion, represented the seller in the transaction. The deal closed on May 21, 2026.

The two-tenant property is a +/-97,502 SF newly remodeled center featuring national anchors Five Below and At Home. It’s shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
