PRESS RELEASE
Medina 405 Set to Redefine St. Pete’s Social Landscape in 2026
St. Petersburg, FL — October 2025 — A new chapter in St. Petersburg’s cultural and social scene is about to unfold. Opening in 2026 inside the historic Snell Arcade, Medina 405 will introduce a new standard of connection, sophistication, and experience to the heart of downtown.
More than a private club, Medina 405 will serve as a modern sanctuary where leaders, creators, and innovators across industries come together. The space will seamlessly blend 1920s Art Deco architecture with contemporary design, offering an environment that feels both timeless and forward-thinking.
Spanning over 9,000 square feet, Medina 405 will feature intimate lounges, a wine cellar and tasting bar, cigar room, private dining areas, a library, theater, billiards room, golf simulator, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces. Each detail is being crafted to deliver a sense of quiet luxury and purposeful connection.
Beyond its physical design, Medina 405 will curate a calendar of private events, themed soirées, and cultural gatherings inspired by the Roaring Twenties and Casablanca-era elegance—an homage to St. Pete’s vibrant creative spirit and enduring charm.
Currently, the club is inviting founding members to join ahead of its grand opening. Founding membership offers early access to events, exclusive previews of the space, and a role in shaping the legacy of what is poised to become St. Pete’s most coveted destination for culture and community.
“Medina 405 is being built for the people who make this city move forward—those who appreciate beauty, conversation, and connection,” said the Medina 405 development team. “It’s about creating a space that inspires both comfort and ambition.”
Membership at Medina 405 is by application only and will remain limited to preserve an intimate atmosphere.
