St. Petersburg, FL (September 24, 2024) – Motocave, a luxury automobile condominium community, begins closings and move-ins. Motocave is designed for motor enthusiasts looking for interactive, experiential storage venues.

Located at 2051 Gandy Blvd in St. Petersburg, Motocave sits on 3.75 acres on the northeast corner of I-275 and Gandy Blvd and features 43 car condominiums arranged in 5 buildings totaling approximately 55,000 square feet (SF). There are ten units still available ranging from 960 sf, 1,080 sf, 1,200 sf, and approximately 1,300 sf.

Motocave also features a 2,200 SF custom-designed and fully furnished community clubhouse with artwork and bespoke painted walls by locally-known artist Ron Francis.

“We have created a unique experience for owners who want to celebrate and safely store their special car or luxury RVs. Our owners have taken their blank canvasses and are outfitting them with everything from custom bars and lounges to A/V systems and seating areas,” said DDA Development Principal Bowen Arnold.

Motocave is the brainchild of Scott Clendening, President & Broker of Commercial Partners Realty, Tampa Bay-based partners DDA Development and Mosk Development Company. The development responds to a growing trend in car condo communities, offering discerning car enthusiasts the opportunity to own a customizable space to store and enjoy their vehicles. Beyond storage, Motocave is building a community, making it an exciting destination for automotive aficionados in the region.
