A new digital initiative from Bank of America, Masterpiece Moment, is showcasing works of art in the collections of 25 of its museum partners through video vignettes – highlighting important works of art from a range of perspectives and mediums and offering a pathway for communities to experience museums.

This now includes the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, which hosts the newly launched video that showcases the painting titled Reading, by Berthe Morisot and portrays a young woman reading, a simple domestic scene which was a modern choice for the times.

This program builds on the bank’s commitment not only to the arts, but to meet the needs of an increasingly digital environment by connecting individuals to arts and culture in an accessible way that easily fits into their active everyday lives.

In addition, Bank of America’s Museums on Us program offers free general admission for cardholders during the first full weekend of every month to local cultural institutions including the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, Florida Holocaust Museum, Tampa Museum of Art and The Florida Aquarium (Sundays only).
