The Lifelong Learners of Tampa Bay Event Series is now accepting speaker applications for its monthly events beginning January 2026. Created for curious minds and lifelong learners, this initiative invites local experts, storytellers and passionate educators to share topics aligned with personal development and community growth.
Held at the stylish The Dance Factory at Westshore Mall every 3rd Tuesday evening (7–9 pm), the series offers three speaking slots each month: two talks up to 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for Q&A and one 30-minute keynote, plus 15 minutes for Q&A. The audience is projected at around 150 attendees each month, making it a meaningful platform for ideas worth sharing.
What’s in it for speakers?
• A high-quality video of your talk, captured by a professional videographer.
• A vendor table space to showcase or sell your products and services.
• Exposure to a vibrant community of engaged learners and promotional reach from leading Tampa Bay networks (30k+ followers).
• Access to rehearsal and content-prep sessions via Zoom and in-person, ensuring polished delivery.
What we’re looking for:
Speakers whose ideas align with one of the series themes — such as Happiness & Renewal, Connection & Relationships, Courage & Change, and others through December. Each talk should educate first and motivate second. Applicants can submit for multiple months/themes. No stipend is offered, but this is an opportunity to share your voice, build your presence, and contribute to a growing learning community.
How to apply:
Submit your proposal via the intake form https://mindmaprenovations.com/call-for-speakers-lifelong-learners-of-tampa-bay/ — complete with your talk concept, preferred month/theme, social links or speaking reel, and availability for rehearsal. Selected speakers will be notified mid-November and provided with all next steps.
“Every month we’re building more than just an event,” says Adam Peters, founder of the series and speaker himself. “We’re creating a space in Tampa Bay where curiosity thrives, connections flourish, and people leave feeling inspired and more capable. If you have a message worth sharing, we’d love to hear from you.”
