PCAR to Host Free Impact Community Day Bringing Housing and Wealth-Building Resources to St. Petersburg Residents

The Pinellas County Association of Realtists (PCAR) will host PCAR Impact Community Day, formerly known as the Building Black Wealth Tour, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at McCabe United Methodist Church, 1800 26th Ave. S., St. Petersburg.

Held during National Realtist Week, this free public event is designed to bring housing, financial, and community resources directly to underserved communities throughout the area. Programming will include educational sessions and panel discussions focused on homeownership, real estate investing, estate planning, and generational wealth-building, including the M.I.R.E. (Men Investing in Real Estate) Panel and “What to Do With Big Momma’s House.”

Attendees can also enjoy local vendors, complimentary food, music from a live DJ, and a dedicated kid zone with bounce houses and family-friendly activities.
